Il fait froid!! Winter Sanity remedies!

I HATE the cold.  Hate it.  Snow is pretty, but I only like to see it a few times a year.  Which is problematic since I have made a life for myself in Massachusetts, where it has snowed just about every 2 or 3 days for the last month and a half plus.

Fortunately, I work from a virtual office (read: home), and there are days, such as today, where I can arrange it so I do not leave the house!

Among the things that keep me sane and warm me up are French teas and hot cocoa.   I buy large amounts of loose tea when I visit France, and I have yet to find a cocoa that is as good as the cocoa from Laduree.

I was so BEYOND thrilled to discover that the Laduree on Madison Avenue in NY now carries my precious cocoa.  The last one that I had lasted over 3 years and any replacements have been sub-par since then.

The Madison Avenue location also sells teas.  My latest tea pickup was Violette, which tastes scrumptious with some honey in it.

Both come in the gorgeous light green container.  I gave my sister the container that the tea comes in.  She collects the container and boxes.

Sometimes, it's the little things.

I cannot WAIT until the full Soho Laduree opens, complete with pastries.  Road trip!!
